Before you begin

The player is a separate application. It may have its own fees and is not automatically included in your SwissIPTV subscription.

1. Update your device and player app.
2. Connect to stable Wi-Fi or a wired network.
3. Have your trial or subscription credentials ready.
4. Check whether your player supports Xtream Codes or an M3U address.

Set up a Smart TV

Some television players use a separate management page to add playlists. Follow that player’s instructions in this case. Ask us before purchasing an app if you are unsure which one to choose.

1. Open your television’s app store.
2. Choose a compatible IPTV player available for your model.
3. Open the login or add-playlist function.
4. Enter the supplied credentials or M3U address.
5. Load the playlist and test a live channel.

Set up Fire TV and Android

1. Find a compatible IPTV player in your device’s app store.
2. Install and open the player.
3. Select Xtream Codes if you received a server address, username and password.
4. For an M3U address, choose the playlist or URL option instead.
5. Save the access, load the content and check playback.

Set up iPhone and iPad

Playback on a mobile network can use your data allowance and incur mobile plan charges.

1. Install a compatible IPTV player from the App Store.
2. Add a profile or playlist.
3. Enter the supplied credentials in the appropriate format.
4. Test over stable Wi-Fi first.
5. Check sound, subtitles and picture quality for your preferred content.

Set up Windows and Mac

1. Open a compatible IPTV or M3U player.
2. Choose the network address, playlist or IPTV login function.
3. Add your supplied address or credentials.
4. Load the content and start a live channel.
5. Keep credentials private and close streams you no longer need.

If playback does not start

Send screenshots without complete credentials. Avoid buying several apps at random to solve a playback issue.

1. Copy credentials exactly, without additional spaces.
2. Check that active streams do not exceed your connection limit.
3. Try another channel to narrow down the issue.
4. Restart the player and device, then reload the playlist.
5. If possible, try a wired connection or a different Wi-Fi location.
6. Contact support with the device, player, error message and time.
